Why do you ask for equipment labels?
Your home’s appliances share the electrical capacity an EV charger will use. Readable equipment labels help us account for those loads, narrow the remaining uncertainty, and give you a better starting point for a quote. A panel photo alone cannot show every equipment rating.
What happens when a label is hard to find?
Start with the label-location help and examples in the form. If critical information is still missing, your preliminary report includes a secure EV HomeCheck Assist link. Assist shows what to add and the available alternatives, including an unavailable-label option for the furnace. Your existing photos stay attached. Some equipment may support a documented planning estimate; remaining gaps and final installation requirements need electrician verification.
